Wizard Forever Chairmat Lifetime Warranty
Problem Solver provides a lifetime warranty on the premium "Forever" model chairmat and guarantees the chairmat to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to original purchaser, and will not crack, chip, break, shatter or indent under normal usage. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Should the chairmat prove to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal usage, Problem
Solver will, at its option, replace the product at no charge (except as otherwise stated herein) provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, accident, disaster, alteration or modification.This WARRANTY IS VOID under certain conditions, including but not limited to: use of metal casters; placement of furniture or other stationary objects on the chairmat; use of chairmat in an application not recommended by Problem Solver; cutting or altering of the chairmat in any way; use of the chairmat outdoors or exposed to direct sunlight; use in areas where it will be subjected to temperatures outside a 55 degree to 100 degree Fahrenheit range (13 degree to 37 degrees Celsius); or used in areas where moisture may be present beneath the carpet or other flooring materials. Damage to the chairmat as a result of abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, accident, disaster, alteration or modification will VOID THE WARRANTY.
Normal wear and tear, including but not specifically limited to, marring, scuffing and wear to the textured top surface is not covered under the warranty. Use a damp cloth soaked in mild soap & water to clean the chairmat when necessary. NOTE: large deposits of dirt are very abrasive and will cause excessive premature wear of the mat textured top surface.
To apply for a replacement, submit a completed Warranty Claim Form (available on our website), with dated sales receipt. Problem Solver reserves the right to request damaged chairmats be returned to the factory for inspection before sending replacement product. A shipping and handling fee of $30.00 may apply for each warranty replacement mat, Problem Solver may retract the warranty at its sole discretion, and instead apply a cash remedy in the value of the original transaction.
NOTE: The above warranty is the only warranty provided by Problem Solver and Problem Solver makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty of any kind. Liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages. The Warranty does not include shipping and handling charges for items returned to the factory.
