Available in standard finishes of color impregnated, extruded PVC plastic or aluminum.  Barbed center strip fits securely into pre-grooved Panel Top.  Plastic Cap must be cut to required panel width.

High quality aluminum extrusions with heavy duty 16 gauge steel slotted insert. Designed to attach directly to wall surfaces allowing O.E.M. compatible components or work surfaces to be hung directly from the wall.  Use 3/16" Toggler Bolt Anchor and 3/16" x 3" Flat Phillips Toggle Bolt to fasten Wall Hanger Strip to drywall or other types of wall materials. Fasteners purchased separately

1 /4-20 x 1.5 threaded steel plate. Fits on the inside Connector Post.  Threaded to receive Flat-Head Connector Bolt. Used to attach Connector Wedge Block to Connector Post. Two plates required per side of Connector post.

HM End Cap Mid Section

End Cap Mid Section. This is the replacement mid section for AO1, AO2 style end caps. It is a high quality aluminum extrusion for use with the upper and lower end cap blocks (order separately).
Not for use with spring loaded or plastic end caps. When used with the end cap blocks this will replace those end caps.
Threaded extrusion to receive bolts for end cap blocks

4 Foot extruded plastic with radius and self adhesive backing strip. Peel and Stick to connector posts. Cut to size of connector posts.

Rigid plastic extrusion with self- adhesive backing strip. Peel and stick to Connector Post. Filler Strip

Standard 8 foot length must be cut to Connector Post size. Available in pre-cut 57 inch length for use on 62 inch Connector Post.

Connector Wedge Block

Durable cast aluminum with Dark Tone finish, ready to attach to Connector Post. Two blocks required per side of Connector Post.

1/4-20 x .75 Flat Head Phillips. Used to attach Connector Wedge Block to Connector Post, Passes through Connector Wedge Block and Connector Post and screws into Threaded Connector Plate,  Use four per side of rigid Connector Post.

 For use with AO1, AO2 and Mirage connectors in the bottom position. One required for each side of the connector. Durable metal casting in DT Finish.  Requires threaded plate, bolt and connector post (sold separately).

Socket Head Bolt is made of sturdy steel. Use two per side, one on the top and one on the bottom.  Passes through Connector Draw Block, and screws into HM Connector Wedge Block

Connector Drawer Block

Connector Draw blocks are cast of durable aluminum with Dark Tone finish. Use two blocks on each side of Connector Post, top and bottom. Also used at top of Panel to Panel connection.

Panel Head Screw #10 -12 x 1 Pan Head Phillips self-tapping wood screw.

 No pre-drilling required.  Approximately 12 required per panel depending on size.

Panel Wedge Blocks 

Made of high quality cast aluminum with a durable powder coat finish. Four wedge blocks are required per panel.

 Wedge Block Screws  #14-10 x 2 Flat Head Phillips Screw. 

Self tapping, no pre-drilling required. Two screws are required per wedge block, eight per panel.

Panel Glide

2" heavy duty molded plastic base with 3/8-16 threaded bolt.  Can be used with 3/8-16 threaded bolt. Can be used with wire management base. Two required per panel. Use Glide Tool to insert or remove glide.

3/8-16 x 1" zinc, spiral exterior resists torque-out.  Fits securely into pre-drilled and reinforced bottom rail of either Hard Surface or Acoustical Panel Blank.  Two required per panel.

Shelf Hanger Clip

Made of high quality 13-gauge steel. Used to attach Shelf End to Panel Hanger Frame or Wall Hanger Strip.  Two clips needed per pair of Shelf Ends.  Attach Clip to Shelf End using HM Hanger Clip Screws. Use two Screws per Hanger Clip.

Hanger Clip Screw #10-12 x 2 Pan Head Phillips

Particle Board Screw used to attach HM Hanger Clip. Four screws needed per Shelf End pair.

Shelf End Face Screw #8-32 x .312 

Used on the face of HM Shelf Ends,  to attach Shelf End to Metal Shelf and to Flipper Unit.  Use four Screws per Shelf End, eight per Flipper Unit.

Kit assembles in minutes and is designed to be compatible with  O.E.M. shelf Parts which are 15.5 ' high and 12.5" deep. Kit does not include Shelf or Shelf ends which are sold separately. All flipper door kit parts are sold separately.  Please call for pricing on individual parts.
