3-D Commercial Memory Return swivel designed to transfer excess stress from swivel to base.  Available in 12 gauge steel only with 90 degree stop.  May be used in conjunction with 3-1/4" weld plate.  (45degree or 60 degree stop is available-inquire).  Bottom plate has four 1/4"-20 x 3/4" threaded studs on 2-1/2" centers.  Supplied with 1/4"-20 threaded holes on 2-1/2" centers.
