Extend chair to its highest position. 2. Invert chair and position on clean work surface. 3. Place base/cylinder knock off tool; over cylinder hub. Hold base with one hand while hitting knock off tool with rubber mallet until disengaging occurs. Remove base and set aside. 4. Place "Lift Off" Tool on Pneumatic Cylinder between attachment to base and telescoping mid section 5. With steel hammer hit flat area of tool until Pneumatic Cylinder is disengaged from tilt. 6. Properly dispose of Pneumatic Cylinder. 7. Insert replacement Pneumatic Cylinder in tilt. Slide on base. Rap once with rubber mallet. Place chair in upright position and sit in it to seat tapers. 8. Adjust height of chair to insure Pneumatic Cylinder is not out of adjustment. |
