MetroMax®  Storage System
 

The MetroMax® Storage System is by far the most revolutionary and advanced system of its kind in the marketplace today. Reinforced polymers give MetroMax incredible strength — 800 lbs. per shelf up to 48" length and 600 lbs. per shelf up to 72" length. MetroMax has interchangeable solid and open-grid mats, which give it unequaled versatility and durability. The shelf mats also have built-in Microban® antimicrobial product protection
which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew and fungi that cause odors, stains and product degradation.
A lifetime warranty against corrosion and rust makes MetroMax perfect for damp, humid conditions as well as dry storage.

   SHELVES AND POSTS

A MetroMax Shelves
Shelves are adjustable at 1/2" increments along the height of the numbered posts. Solid and open-grid
shelf mats are interchangeable, and lift off the shelf frame for cleaning. Shelf frames are smooth and rounded so they wipe down quickly.
Grid Shelf: Open-grid shelf mats in 12" and 18" lengths can be removed individually and fit easily into the dishwasher.
Solid Shelf: Solid shelf mats contain spills and have surface ribs to prevent products from sticking to the shelf.
 B MetroMax Posts
Posts have numbered grooves at 1" increments, with 1/2" increment adjustment. Wedge lock connectors,
with a window and pointer to locate the desired post groove, snap easily onto posts. A leveling foot at the
bottom of each post compensates for uneven floor surfaces, and removes quickly for addition of Metro stem casters.

   ACCESSORIES
 C MetroMax Stem Casters
A large selection, including swivel, brake, and rigid casters, is available.
D Shelf Dividers
8" high polymer shelf dividers can be repositioned easily.
E Shelf Ledges
2" high ledges keep items on shelf, and can be stacked for added height.
F Shelf Markers/Label Holders
 Shelf Markers are 6" long and are available in seven colors. Label Holders are offered in lengths from 4"
to 42".
G Super Slide System
Attaches quickly to 24" wide MetroMax Shelving to accept 3", 6", or 9" tote boxes. Gray epoxy finish.
H Enclosure Panels
For stationary or mobile applications. An efficient way to enclose MetroMax shelving. Gray epoxy finish

Develop a custom storage installation by combining individual MetroMax units in a variety of combinations utilizing“S” hooks and/or Intermediate “S” hook kits. Join units end-to-end, back-to-back, or at right angles.

“S” Hook Kit —
Add on shelving to existing units using two posts instead of four. Kit includes one “S” hook and one corner collar plug. Two kits required per storage level.
